MY CANCELLATION POLICY

Can't make your appointment?  

I understand emergencies happen and will do my best to work with you.  As a courtesy to my clients, I send out confirmation texts/emails at the time you schedule your appointment and again 24 hours before your appointment giving you the option to either confirm or call to reschedule. 

 

I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services at Aphair.  If you cancel less that 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 50% of the cancelled services at your next appointment.   

More than 3 missed appointments with less than 24 hour notice: 

I will require a valid credit card on file, along with a signed authorization, and will charge 75% of the reserved services for each missed appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel

or reschedule your appointment.

Please understand that when you book an appointment at Aphair, you are reserving TIME out of my day.  I am not paid hourly and do not receive compensation if you do not show up.
