OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Can't make your appointment?
We understand emergencies happen and will do our best to work with you. As a courtesy to our clients, we send out confirmation texts/emails at the time you schedule your appointment and again 24 hours before your appointment giving you the option to either confirm or call to reschedule.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services at Aphair Salon. If you cancel less that 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 50% of the cancelled services at your next appointment.
More than 3 missed appointments with less than 24 hour notice: We will require a valid credit card on file, along with a signed authorization, and will charge 75% of the reserved services for each missed appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please understand that when you book an appointment at Aphair, you are reserving TIME out of our day. We are not paid hourly and do not receive compensation if you do not show up.
